WHO WE
ARE
Alberga Consultancy was founded in 2017 by Julia Alberga. She graduated in 2014 at Delft University of Technology at the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering.
With a master direction in Design for Interaction and her affinity with research, she started in 2014 at the Rabobank as a service designer and researcher.
After three years of expanding her knowledge on digital service for a multinational, she decided to start Alberga Consultancy, in order to help other companies understand the user and use these insights to create services that will truly delight them.
At Alberga Consultancy we strongly believe that services and products should adapt to the user and not the other way around.

WHAT
WE DO
Alberga Consultancy is an UX consultancy, that creates user stories. We will reveal user insights and needs by performing qualitative research and translate them into useful service ideas and concepts. By doing so, we can grasp the true identity behind products and services and help companies build stronger brands and experiences. We will let you discover the story behind the people that use your service or create one for you in order to expand your reach.

Tools and methods
Alberga Consultancy delivers custom made research and concepts and uses a wide variety of tools such as the Google Design Sprint, Design Thinking and Human Centered Design. We are able to organize co-creation sessions with your team or your customers in order to transfer our expertise, combine it with your knowledge and make sure your company can continue the development that we started. Together with your team we will seize the essence of your service or product and make this into a beautiful story that is worth while telling. By doing so, we not only focus on the content itself, but also how your team can implement these concepts.

Design Sprint
One of the mentioned techniques is the Design Sprint, a method which will guide your team in only one week from challenge to tested prototype, with actual users. At Alberga Consultancy we are able to facilitate this process and help you to not only come up with innovative solutions, but also a solid plan how to implement those new directions. Furthermore it is a profound method to innovate fast and incorporate your entire team, which is a great benefit in terms of engagement and accountability. In addition we developed the Design Sprint Academy; a 4 day course, where you will learn the basics of the Design Sprint and become a facilitator of the method yourself. In that way, you are able to constantly change your product or service and implement new design ideas yourself.
